What Type of Trainings Would You Like To Attend Speciific to Family Child Care Provider Needs

Hello Everyone

I am thinking of presenting at a local training in Indiana. I have been in the field of early childhood for more than 15 years and have been operating a home child care business for about three years now. I am thinking of presenting at a local conference and wanted to choose a topic that would be most useful for family child care providers. If you can think of any topics from balancing clutter, curriculum to juggling a business and home life. Please please share. I really want to present something that would be new and exciting for family child care providers. Look forward to any postings or ideas. Take Care

Most providers tend to come up short on how to manage their curriculum on a weekly basis--and how to even get one started---you could help them out by showing them how to seet up an do a weekly--even a monthly curriculum--even by doing some of the curriculum yourself--have some of the items done as a show and tell---I do this on a monthly basis with our meetings--we set up a theme lsit for each meeting and the members bring in items and ideas to participate---show and tell---the members love this--gives the ones that don't know how--great ideas!
